I have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Technical Co-ordinator to join an award-winning housebuilder on a permanent basis, initially working on site, on a large residential project in West London.
The company have been around for approximately 20 years, and during this time they have evolved into one of the leading housebuilders in the Country, with regional offices across the South East of England.
Their developments range from large family homes and luxury houses for growing families to city centre apartments. They are quality focused and are recognised as one of the leading, most trusted providers of quality homes throughout the UK.
They are looking for a Senior Technical Co-ordinator to join them as soon as possible. The ideal person will have strong experience working on large new build, RC frame residential projects for a reputable housebuilder. Additionally, it is important to have a good understanding of basement excavations, MEP works and good all-round technical knowledge.
Experience:
- Ideally Degree Qualified or other relative qualifications
- Ideally C.I.A.T Qualified
- Track record working for a reputable housebuilder
- Experience working on RC frame apartments / Traditional Build houses
- AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Power Projects, Power Point
- Design and engineering construction knowledge
- Technical and Building Construction knowledge
- Building Regulations knowledge
- A good understanding of NHBC legislation
- Strong on Health & Safety / CDM Regulations
- Good understanding of Planning legislation
- Able to commute to West London on a daily basis
