National Housebuilder with a reputation for delivering large scale complicated sites with a mix of housing types that include flats, semi detached and detached houses and townhouses urgently require a Senior Strategic Land Manager to bring medium term strategic sites into the business that can be turned into build out opportunities.
Sites will be from 100 units – 1000 units and can be acquired a number of ways to ensure the National Housebuilder gets the deal with a board that is able to act very quickly if the deal is right. Areas of operation include North West London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Oxfordshire.
The ideal candidate will be from a strategic acquisitions background and have at least 4 years post graduate experience as well as being a pro-active worker with a keen eye for a strategic deal.
In return you can expect a real path to Land Director in an organisation that has numerous offices in various locations Nationally. You can expect a full package which will include car allowance, bonus, pension, health and other benefits you would expect from a PLC type organisation.
