I have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join a leading, nationwide developer on a permanent basis, initially working on a new build residential scheme comprising 150 units (traditional build).
The company have been around for over 50 years, building new homes across the UK. They are one of the most successful housebuilders in the industry, dedicated to the highest standards of design, construction and service.
They are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee a development consisting of 150 units, with a mix of 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom flats and houses, built using traditional construction methods. The Senior Site Manager must have a proven track record of delivering large new build residential projects from inception through to completion for a reputable housebuilder.
