A leading, well-respected construction company has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis, working on a residential development comprising circa 400 units in Chelmsford, Essex. The company has been around for over 50 years and has a strong track record for delivering high-quality, large-scale construction projects that put local communities at the core of their business. They operate across London and the South East, carrying out public sector housing, education, and healthcare projects. They have a unique and unrivaled approach to community regeneration and affordable housing projects.

The Senior Site Manager will need to have a proven track record of delivering similar schemes with a reputable house builder. RC frame experience is essential, and the Senior Manager will need to have excellent all-round construction knowledge and be a strong manager of full site teams.

• Strong track record delivering new build residential projects
• Track record delivering RC frame projects through to completion
• Experience working for a reputable house builder
• Excellent all-round construction knowledge
• Strong man management skills / ability to lead and motivate full site teams
• First Aid, SMSTS and CSCS certifications
