An award winning developer with an enviable reputation within the Construction industry currently have some great opportunities for Senior Site Managers to join them on a permanent basis, with a number of schemes due to commence across Surrey and the outskirts of Kent.
The company have been around for a number of decades and have a great reputation for delivering new build apartments Nationwide. They have won numerous awards for their work over the years, including 5-star ratings for customer satisfaction.
They have a number of new schemes due to commence in the near future across Surrey and Kent. Developments range between 40 and 60 units, and are built with a mix of RC frame, timber frame and traditional build.
They are looking for experienced Senior Site Managers to take charge of these projects and they are ready to start interviewing now. They are looking for experienced housebuilders in Surrey and Kent; proven number 1’s that have a strong track record of delivering new build residential projects from inception through to completion, ideally with experience of RC frame, Timber frame and Traditional Construction methods.

- Strong track record delivering new build residential schemes
- Experience of delivering RC frame / Timber frame and Traditional build projects from inception through to completion
- Experience working for a reputable housebuilder
- Excellent all round construction knowledge
- Strong man management skills / ability to lead and motivate full site teams
- First Aid, SMSTS and CSCS
