An award winning, leading developer have a great opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis, working on new build residential projects in Surrey.
The company have been building homes for over 50 years and have a passion for creating vibrant, sustainable communities and not just building homes. The company aim to improve the quality of life for individuals and communities, by providing better homes, work places, retail and leisure spaces.
They are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager and they are ready to start interviewing now. They are looking for somebody that has experience working on new build residential projects for a reputable housebuilder, with SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.

- Ideally Degree qualified or other relevant construction qualification
- Experience working as a No.1 on new build residential schemes
- Experience working for a reputable housebuilder
- Strong on Health & Safety and paperwork
