A Senior Site Manager is urgently required to work with a highly successful top 10 housebuilder with an extremely high profit turnover this year.
The ideal candidate for this position would work on a large new build residential scheme to see the project from inception to completion and also oversee all aspects on the site, reporting into Senior Project Manager.
To apply for this role you will need, to have developer experience, experience as a Site Manager, a strong track record of delivering residential new build projects, have traditional build experience, having worked on large traditional build residential schemes, you will need to have a CSCS Card (Black or Gold), SMSTS certificate, First Aid Certificate.
