A Senior Site Manager is required to work for a highly respected Main Contractor in West London. This main contractor has a strong pipeline of work which gives them a very impressive track record, specialising in fit out, refurbishment and new build. The project for this main contractor is a complex £10m cut and carve scheme in West London.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all of the site staff including subcontractors.
  • Ensuring health and safety is up to the client’s standard.
  • Responsibility for the whole site.
  • Making sure all of the method statements are correct.
  • Site managing the site from start to finish.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 5-7 years’ experience as a Site Manager.
  • Degree qualified or have a similar construction management qualification.
  • Main contracting experience.
  • A strong track record as a Site Manager.
  • Experience with projects seen through from inception to completion.
  • Experience working on cut and carve schemes.
  • CSCS Card.
  • SMSTS certificate.
  • First Aid Certificate.
