Senior Quantity Surveyor – Utilities
Pinnacle Recruitment are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work for one of the fastest growing Utility Engineering contractors in the UK!
You’ll take ownership of cost planning, contract negotiation, and risk management from project inception to completion. You’ll play a key role in ensuring commercial success while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
Salary – £65,000 – £75,000 + pkg
Location – North West London

Duties
- Lead cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control across projects
- Manage contracts, variations, claims, and disputes
- Oversee tendering and procurement processes
- Deliver accurate cost reports and financial forecasts
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks
- Mentor junior surveyors and foster team development
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Previous experience of working within utility/civil engineering contracting, for a utility sub contractor
