Senior Quantity Surveyor (New Build Industrial) | Permanent | South London

London Full-Time 55000 - 65000 £ / year (est.) No home office possible

A leading Main Contractor that has been operating for over 60 years has a great opportunity for a site-based Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, working on a project in South London. The company has a turnover of circa £600m and works across major multi-disciplinary construction projects within the Building and Civil Engineering sectors. A large area of their work includes new build industrial projects.

They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a £50m new build, steel frame industrial project in South London. The role is site-based and they are looking for someone to join as soon as possible. The Senior Quantity Surveyor must be able to run a project autonomously and have a track record working on similar new build, steel frame industrial projects up to £50m in value.

Experience:

Ideally Degree Qualified or other relevant qualifications
Experience working for a reputable Main Contractor
Track record working on new build industrial/warehouse projects
Steel frame experience
Capable of working on projects up to £50m autonomously
Able to commute to South London
