For Companies A Tier 1 Contractor is currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a £150m Crossrail Depot in London. The ideal candidate must have a solid history of Groundworks and Building experience as well as a good understanding of the NEC form of contract. The project has two and a half years remaining and offers the opportunity to grow within one of the top 5 largest contractors globally.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Main Contractor Experience
- Groundworks/Building Experience
- Solid understanding of NEC form of Contract
- Degree Qualified (Preferred not essential)
- Rail experience (Preferred not essential)
The role will also involve:
- Reporting
- Measure and Value
- Cost Control & Budget Management
- Record Keeping
- Forecast Cost to Completion
- Applications
- Cash flow
- Change Management and Claims
- Subcontract Procurement
- Maximise Income
- Client and Supply Chain Relationships
