For Companies A long-established, award-winning contractor with over 100m turnover is looking to hire two Senior Project Managers. Their work is of the highest quality, demonstrated by 75% repeat business. They specialize in new build housing schemes of over 120 units. Due to growth, they are expanding their team.
Key Duties:
- Manage the delivery of high-quality residential developments
- Handle tendering processes and maintain close communication with clients
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
- Manage site managers and other key staff to oversee all project elements
Criteria:
- Proven experience working for a contractor or refurbishment contractor on residential schemes
- Degree qualified or possess relevant construction qualifications/experience
- Strong commercial skills
- Ability to commute to South London
