Privately owned developer based in London urgently requires a Senior Land Manager to join their acquisitions and development team. This developer has been established for over 15 years and has an excellent pedigree in quality London developments in attractive apartment blocks and mixed‑use schemes.
We need a Senior Land Manager who can lead a small team of junior land personnel and support acquisitions in London, securing sites unconditionally, as well as consented, STP and other agreements. Acquisitions will vary in size from 70 to 200 units in attractive outer‑zone locations.
The successful Senior Land Manager will currently be with a named developer, consultancy, or investment firm, with a track record of identifying sites through their extensive network and site‑identification methods. London experience is essential.
