Senior Land Manager β London
Salary: Β£75,000 – Β£100,000 plus very high bonus
Location: London
A highly active Residential Developer within London/ Greater London urgently requires a Senior Land Manager to acquire sites within London and a 1-hour commute to the city.
Sites can be purchased unconditionally, STP and consented; the use of agency contacts is actively promoted, and they will buy deals providing the numbers stack and the remit of requirements are met.
The company has new, modern, purpose-built offices and has purchased a number of deals in the last 12 months equating to in excess of 500 units. They actively promote entrepreneurial working methods and have an excellent structure in place to allow anyone with the ability, hunger, and desire to do 100+ unit acquisitions to flourish and be successful in their environment.
To be successful in getting selected for this role you must have:
- At least 5 years experience in Land Acquisition
- A detailed knowledge of running financial appraisals
- Sound knowledge of legal agreements
- Experience of developing feasibilities with architects and consultants
- Experience of dealing with the UK & London Planning system and managing full planning applications and dealing with Local Authorities
- Ability to make both verbal and written bid submissions and reports
- An extensive, reliable list of agents, site finders, and site owners
