A high end developer established for over 15 years needs a Senior Land Manager. This developer is renowned for building a quality product between zones 2 – 6. Product will consist of medium rise flats and some smaller mixed‑use units selling at around £1,000 per sq ft. The properties are contemporary modern, providing that “cool” London look with polished concrete ceilings, under‑floor heating, and broad appeal across the city.
The company will provide all the support you need to deliver on acquisitions. If you have the contacts and do the work required you can expect to earn much in bonuses and commission. Once established within this company and successfully acquiring sites, there is no reason you could not be earning in excess of £500k in a year due to bonuses affixed to a percentage of site profitability.
Please be aware: only high‑achieving individuals are suitable for this developer. If you thrive in an environment that expects results and you can deliver on these expectations, you will earn the money stipulated in this ad.
The successful individual will be either a dealmaker or a combination of a processor/dealmaker. You may have chartership and be degree qualified. You will be spatially aware and have an interest in your acquisitions from inception and planning through to sale of the product.
This is an excellent opportunity to test and challenge the right individual and to allow a profit share that can boost your earnings into the high end of living.
