Senior Land Manager/ Land Manager
Salary: c£83,000 plus package plus bonus

Residential Developer operating and acquiring sites in London between 200 unit – 1000 unit urgently require a Senior Land Manager to join their Land Buying team.
This company has a strong reputation for bidding on and buying quality sites in London and will buy unconditionally, STP and Consented. Their appetite for acquisitions is set to increase by 200 units per annum and they are looking for an experienced individual to help them achieve this.
You will have experience of identification of sites, appraisals, layouts, putting bids together and presenting to the board, in addition to being financially astute with good planning, design and sales & marketing knowledge.
The role is very unique with the way it is set up to work with a very well connected and respected Land Director who has strategically positioned the company and acquisition strategy to win a good percentage of bids submitted and keeping the team working smart.
The board is very nimble and can authorise sites quickly with the funds being available to buy any size site providing it meets their hurdle rates.
The ideal person will work smart, work hard, be professional, ambitious for progression and keen to deliver to their contacts and buy Land.
