A Developer based in Central London urgently requires a Senior Land Manager/ Associate Land Director. The developer is currently very active in the acquisitions market and is keen to acquire sites in London that will range from 200 – 1000 units. They are happy to acquire for JV partnerships, private sale and PRS. This Developer is well funded and very keen to make acquisitions.
The successful individual will have the following:
- Experience of buying large sites in London
- Understand working with HA JV partners
- Understand how to put large bids together
- Understand true build costs
- Experience of due diligence on large sites
The role will suit an ambitious individual who is keen to progress their career to Land Director and has the drive, contacts and processes to compete and beat other developers to large scale acquisitions. Ideally, you will have a Developer background.
