A Senior Development Planner is urgently required for a high-end, high-rise London Developer committed to the highest standards of design, construction and service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Land team within the Planning department handling a varied range of planning applications for immediate sites that vary in complexity and location (zones 2–4) in London.
- Take responsibility for a broad area of the development process, including planning policy and promotional work, and detailed development management and delivery.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a Planning Consultancy or a Developer, especially high-rise schemes in London.
- Initiative, commercial mindset and commitment.
- Degree in planning with RTPI accreditation and a rounded knowledge of planning.
