A Senior Development Planner is urgently required for a high end, high rise London Developer who are committed to the highest standards of design, construction and service. The role will be to assist the Land team within the Planning department handling a varied range of planning applications for immediate sites that will vary in complexity and in varied locations of zones 2 – 4 in London.
The role offers a broad area of responsibility for all areas of the development process including planning policy and promotional work along with detailed development management and delivery. The role will suit an experienced planner who has experience of working in a Planning Consultancy or a Developer and has experience of working on high rise schemes in London. This role will suit someone with initiative, who is committed and commercially minded.
The successful applicant will have a degree in planning with RTPI accreditation and a rounded knowledge of planning. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with arguably one of the best Developers in London.
