We are currently looking for a Section Engineer to work for a main contractor on a number of station upgrades across West London. This is an 18-month project with further works expected to be awarded in the same area.
Candidate Profile
- Degree Qualified in Civil Engineering
- Previous Main Contractor experience
- Must be looking for a permanent role
- Previous experience working on rail projects
- Crossrail experience is preferred
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Contribution to the safety/environmental/sustainability standards of the works on the relevant sites.
- Management of the Quality and Assurance aspects of the works
- Implementation of the project programme and possession plan
- Supervision and management of staff, operatives and plant (including Subcontractors)
- Engineering management of the works
- Awareness and contribution to implementation of BS11000 Collaborative Standard.
