Sales Manager – Residential Developer – London

Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 OTE plus package

My client, a leading residential developer based in London, is looking to expand their sales team with the addition of a Sales Manager for some of London\’s prestigious projects. They are known for their luxury developments and high-quality products matching their customer service.

They are looking for a confident and experienced Sales Executive/Manager to join their team and help build on their recent successes.

The role will require someone with management experience or some exposure to management within the new homes industry, focusing on the London market for a top residential developer.

Must have the ability to manage a team and provide excellent customer service to clients daily, as well as build a strong team around you that can exceed their targets.

You will be based both on-site and at head office, working alongside the Senior Management and Sales Director, both of whom are located within Central London. In return, my client can offer a competitive basic salary and a great package with career progression, as they are known to retain staff and promote from within.

An overall OTE of up to £60,000 – £65,000 plus a strong package and benefits is on offer.

Essential Attributes:

  • Exceptional computer skills, including Excel
  • Ability to train and assist new/current staff members
  • Exceptional knowledge of medium-large sized developments
  • Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience working with a top residential developer
  • Ability to help drive a sales team towards exceeding targets
  • Experience reporting to director level
