Pinnacle recruitment is seeking a recruitment resourcer to work within its well-established, successful Civil Engineering, Rail, Construction and Residential sectors. With our continued expansion plans, Pinnacle Recruitment has a new office in Waterloo, London, SE1 and this role is for the London office. Pinnacle Recruitment are professional specialist headhunters recruiting within niche Technical market sectors. We’re an independent consultancy that has been established for 13 years, successfully providing management staff on a permanent and freelance basis.
The successful candidate will be assisting experienced headhunters within the sector and will be required to:
- Source suitable candidates.
- Gain candidates' interest and establish interview availability.
- Place job adverts and monitor responses.
- Keep inbox well managed and organised.
- Register candidates onto the system.
- Keep the recruitment database up to date.
- Network from Pinnacle Recruitment’s database.
- Utilise social media, such as LinkedIn.
The ideal candidate should have:
