A Senior Site Manager is required to work for a residential developer in Oxfordshire.

This developer has a very good pipeline of work for their high end residential developments which gives them a strong name in the construction industry.

The project is working on a large high end residential developments working to traditional houses and apartments with a large amount of units.

Ideal candidate

• 5 years’ or more experience as a Site/Senior Site Manager.
• You will be required to have a degree qualification or have a similar construction management qualification.
• Residential developer experience.
• A strong track record as a Senior Site Manager.
• Projects seen through from inception to completion.
• Having worked on large residential schemes.
• CSCS Card.
• SMSTS certificate.
• First Aid Certificate.
