Leading residential developer based in London is currently looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to work on a luxury development in the heart of North London. The ideal candidate must have New Homes Sales Experience ideally for a residential developer or house builder within London.

  • Must be highly motivated and target driven along with the desire to succeed and progress within the company.
  • Must have excellent negotiation skills.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills.

In return, the company can offer you a strong salary and competitive OTE along with progression within the company as they are known to retain staff and promote from within. You will report into the Sales Manager and will be based on their current flagship project with the option to move onto their new site which is due to be launched mid-summer.
