My client a leading residential developer based in London is looking to expand their sales team with the addition of a strong Regional Sales Manager to oversee some of London prestigious projects. My client are known for their luxury developments and high quality product matching their Customer Service.
This position will be suitable for someone who is looking to make the next step up in their career and eventually oversee the sales function reporting straight into the Sales Director themselves.
They are looking for a confident and experienced Sales/Senior Sales Manager to join their team and step up into a Regional Sales Manager position covering the London area in which you will help build on their recent successes and drive the sales teams forward. The role will require someone with a strong background of management experience within the new homes industry for a top residential developer in London.
You must have the ability to manage and oversee teams of your own and be able to provide an excellent customer service to clients on a daily basis as well as build a strong team around you that can exceed their targets.
You will be based both on site and head office both of which are located within Central London. In return my client can offer a competitive basic salary and great package with career progression as they are known to retain staff and promote within.
A salary of up to £60,000 plus a strong package and benefits plus an OTE of £85,000.
Essential Attributes:
- Exceptional computer skills, including Excel
- Ability to train and assist new/current staff members
- Exceptional knowledge of medium-large sized developments
- Minimum of 6-8 years’ experience working with a top residential developer in a management position.
- Ability to help drive a sales team towards and exceeding targets
- Experience reporting to director level
