This permanent role involves managing 2 or 3 concurrent projects in social housing, focusing on new build and refurbishment projects valued between £1m and £5m. Candidates should have a track record with reputable main contractors and excellent commercial skills. A full UK Driver\’s licence is required, and daily commuting to Hertfordshire is necessary.
