I have a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an award winning housebuilder on a permanent basis, based from their offices in West Sussex and working on projects within the Southern Region.

The company have been around for approximately 20 years, and during this time they have evolved into one of the leading housebuilders in the Country, with regional offices across the South East of England.

Their developments range from large family homes and luxury houses for growing families to city centre apartments. They are quality focused and are recognised as one of the leading, most trusted provider of quality homes throughout the UK.

They are an extremely busy business with a lot of projects currently on going, and much more in the pipeline. They are looking to strengthen their commercial team by bringing in an experienced Quantity Surveyor that has extensive experience working on new build residential projects for a reputable housebuilder.

Responsibilities

The Quantity Surveyor will need to have a proven track record of working autonomously on concurrent new build residential projects and have excellent all round commercial skills.

Qualifications

  • Ideally Degree qualified
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience working for a reputable housebuilder
  • New build residential project experience is essential
  • Able to work on multiple projects autonomously
  • Excellent all round commercial skills
  • Full UK Drivers Licence
