Quantity Surveyor – Rail London

A top Civil Rail Contractor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work on multiple Crossrail projects across the west side of London. In this role, you will be given the opportunity to work on the biggest rail projects London has to offer, with clear career development opportunities.

The ideal Candidate must be:

  • Degree Qualified in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management (or similar, HNC will be considered)
  • Previous experience working with a contractor in a Rail or Civil Engineering environment
  • Familiar with NEC option 3, JCT and ICE forms of contracts is also desirable

Salary will be based on experience – ideal experience within ICE and NEC types of contract are also advantageous. The client will consider lodging the right candidate. This position is only suitable for UK residence and applicants who do not possess a British Passport or working visa will not be considered. This is also a permanent position as the client is not seeking any contract staff.
