A leading, highly reputable Main Contractor that undertake a range of projects within multiple sectors have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on permanent basis, working on retail and commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects.
The company have been around for a very long time and have a great reputation within the industry. They turnover circa £50m and deliver projects in London, as well as the Home Counties. They carry out a range of work including new build, internal and external refurbishments, fit-out and alteration projects, between £100,000 and £8m in value, with a range of public and private clients.
They have a number of specialist divisions within the business focussing on specific sectors. They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their retail and commercial division which undertakes projects from £500k to £5m in value; commercial and retail refurbishment and fit-out projects.
They are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with experience working on retail / commercial refurbishment projects; shell and core, cut and carve projects for shopping malls, commercial offices etc. up to £5m in value.
Experience:
- Track record working for reputable main contractor
- Experience working on retail and commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects up to £5m in value
- Excellent all round commercial skills
- Capable of working autonomously on multiple projects
- Able to commute to Hertfordshire
