Location:
A leading Main Contractor that have been operating for over 90 years’ are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, based out of their offices near Coulsdon, Surrey.
The company have a great reputation in the industry for delivering high quality projects across a number of sectors including residential, education, healthcare, conservation, leisure and commercial, encompassing new build and refurbishment projects up to £15m.
They have a number of projects ongoing and in the pipeline, and as a result are looking to strengthen their commercial team by bringing in an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong track record working on various projects.
They are looking for someone with extensive experience on new build and refurbishment experience across a range of sectors, familiar with D&B and JCT projects. The Quantity Surveyor will be based between their offices near Coulsdon, Surrey, and on sites.
Experience:
- Ideally Degree Qualified
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working for a reputable Main Contractor
- Able to work autonomously
- Experienced working on D&B & JCT projects
- New build and refurbishment experience
- Track record working on projects across a range of sectors
- Full UK Drivers’ license
- Able to commute to Coulsdon, Surrey
