A leading Main Contractor based near Watford, Herts, has a great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, based from their offices and visiting sites within the region.
The company has been operating for over 30 years and is one of the most successful private and independent construction companies in the UK. They are committed to providing a first‑class, professional and enthusiastic service to their clients’ needs.
Through a determined pursuit of excellence and continuous client relationships, they have evolved into a leading provider in the property refurbishment, new build, repair and maintenance markets across the UK.
They are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor who can work autonomously and manage 2 or 3 projects concurrently. The Quantity Surveyor will be working on a range of commercial projects, with project values ranging from £1m to £5m. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic, leading main contractor and work as part of an exceptional commercial team.
- Track record working for a reputable main contractor
- Experience working on a range of commercial projects
- Able to work autonomously on 2 or 3 projects concurrently
- Excellent all‑round commercial skills and knowledge
- Full UK Drivers licence
- Able to commute to Hertfordshire (near Watford) on a daily basis
