I have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an award winning housebuilder on a permanent basis, based from their offices in Oxford and working on projects within that region.
The company have been around for approximately 30 years, and during this time they have evolved into one of the leading housebuilders in the Country, with regional offices across the South East of England.
Their developments range from large family homes and luxury houses for growing families to city centre apartments. They are quality focused and are recognised as one of the leading, most trusted provider of quality homes throughout the UK.
They have a number of projects currently ongoing and many in the pipeline, including a circa 200 unit scheme comprising RC frame apartments and traditional build houses.
The Quantity Surveyor will need to have a proven track record of working autonomously on concurrent new build residential projects and have excellent all round commercial skills. The role will be split between the office in Oxfordshire and sites within the region.
Quantity Surveyor:
- Ideally Degree qualified
- Extensive experience working for a reputable housebuilder
- New build residential project experience is essential
- RC Frame experience / traditional build experience
- Able to work on multiple projects autonomously
- Excellent all round commercial skills
- Full UK Drivers Licence
