A dynamic, forward-thinking and growing main contractor with a turnover of circa £200m has an excellent opportunity for a Project Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, initially working on a project in Southend, Essex.
The company has been around for approximately 10 years and has continuously grown from strength to strength. They are privately owned and managed by a dynamic team with extensive experience in all aspects of the construction industry. They specialise in the delivery of new build projects across industrial, retail, commercial, and infrastructure sectors, between £5m to £30m in value. They offer their key clients services nationwide; they have some excellent lasting relationships and win a lot of repeat business as a result.
They are looking for a Project Surveyor to work on an £11m new build industrial and commercial project in Southend. The Project Surveyor will be supported by a full commercial team on site, and the project will last for approximately 30 weeks. This is a great opportunity to join an outstanding main contractor that works on a range of projects and take your career to the next level.
Project Surveyor Responsibilities:- Ideally Degree qualified or other relevant construction qualification
- Extensive experience working for a reputable main contractor
- Ideally have a track record working on industrial and commercial projects
- Steel frame experience is ideal
- Excellent commercial skills and awareness
- Full UK drivers’ license
