The Role
To be Project Managing projects from £3 million to £30 million
Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for delivery of commercial fit-out projects
- Working closely with the client at all times
- Tendering
- Managing sub-contractors
- Programming
- Ensuring the project is delivered on spec, on time, and on budget
- Managing all elements via site manager(s) and other key staff
Essential:
- Commercial Office Project Management Fit-Out experience
- Cat A or B fit-out experience
