Our client is arguably one of the most successful Design and Build Commercial Fit-Out Contractors in London. Due to rapid growth and major project wins, they are looking for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
The Role
To be responsible for managing projects ranging from £3 million to £30 million.
Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for the delivery of commercial fit-out projects
- Working closely with clients at all times
- Tendering
- Managing subcontractors
- Programming
- Ensuring projects are delivered on spec, on time, and within budget
- Managing all elements via site managers and other key staff
