Our client is arguably one of the most successful Design and Build Commercial Fit-Out Contractors in London. Due to rapid growth and major project wins, they are looking for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
The Role:
To be Project Managing projects from £3 million to £30 million.
Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for delivery of commercial fit-out projects
- Working closely with clients at all times
- Tendering
- Managing subcontractors
- Programming
- Ensuring project is delivered on spec, on time, and on budget
- Managing all elements via site manager(s) and other key staff
Essential:
- Commercial Office Project Management Fit-Out experience
- Cat A or B fit-out experience
