A reputable Main Contractor based in East London has an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The company specialises in the delivery of top quality projects across London and the Home Counties for both private and public sector clients, on a range of projects. They work in the Commercial, Education, Industrial, Healthcare, Residential, Social Housing and Retail sectors, carrying out new build, refurbishment, fit-out, restoration and maintenance projects, between £50,000 to £5m in value.
As a business, they are very client focused and provide sustainable and value for money projects, delivered through effective planning and communication, and a partnership ethos that builds early trust and integration with their clients. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager that has a proven track record overseeing projects from inception through to completion for a reputable Main Contractor. Ideally, the Project Manager will have experience working on both new build and refurbishment projects across a range of sectors. Project locations vary, they work in and around the M25 corridor so even though their offices are based in East London, be aware that you could be based on projects the other side of London.
