The predicted salary is between 60000 - 84000 £ per year.

We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager for a main contractor based in London, who are currently involved in a number of commercial projects.

Your primary duties will be ensuring that sub-contractors are keeping to the agreed programme and keeping health and safety standards to the appropriate level as per company policy, whilst ensuring any variations are agreed with the client before any orders are placed or further works undertaken.

You should have experience of using planning software and some knowledge of design could be advantageous.

The following experience and qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Degree qualified
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS (Black, Gold or Platinum)
  • Previous main contractor experience essential.
