I have an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join one of the South East’s leading Main Contractors on a permanent basis, initially working on a large, long-term residential/housing scheme in North West London. The company has been operating for over 40 years and has earned a great reputation in the industry for delivering quality housing projects across the South East. They carry out new build, refurbishment and regeneration schemes; they are community-focused and believe in building safely and delivering environmentally sustainable buildings for their clients.

The Project Manager will be overseeing a new build residential/housing scheme in North West London that comprises 2 RC blocks of apartments along with 20 traditional build houses. Piling has already started and the programme is 100 weeks. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager that has a strong track record of overseeing new build housing schemes of similar value, for a reputable main contractor.

Ideally, you will have experience working on Housing Association schemes, possess excellent all-round construction knowledge and have experience of RC frames, high-rise projects, as well as traditional build houses.
