I have an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join one of the South East’s leading main contractors on a permanent basis, initially working on a large, long‑term residential/housing scheme in North West London. The company has been operating for over 40 years and has earned a great reputation in the industry for delivering quality housing projects across the South East. They carry out new build, refurbishment and regeneration schemes; they are community focused and believe in building safely and delivering environmentally sustainable buildings for their clients.
The Project Manager will be overseeing a new build residential/housing scheme in North West London that comprises two RC blocks of apartments along with 20 traditional build houses. Piling has already started and the programme is 100 weeks. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager that has a strong track record of overseeing new build housing schemes of similar value for a reputable main contractor. Ideally you will have experience working on Housing Association schemes, possess excellent all‑round construction knowledge and have experience of RC frames, high‑rise projects, as well as traditional build houses.
