A leading Regional Main Contractor have an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis, based from their Cambridgeshire region.

The company have been around for many years and have achieved continuous growth and success, combining traditional values with an innovative and forward thinking approach.

As a business, they provide design, sustainable, partnered construction and project management services for private and public sector clients on a wide range of projects across multiple sectors, up to £50m in value.

They carry out new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, leisure, retail, industrial, defence, heritage and housing. They are looking for a Project Manager that has a track record of working on multiple projects for a reputable main contractor.

Experience:

  • Strong track record of managing a range of projects of various sizes, delivered on time and to budget
  • Main contracting background
  • Excellent all round construction knowledge and experience
  • Private and public sector experience
  • Strong understanding on UK building regulations
  • Excellent management skills with the ability to get the best out of full site teams
  • Full UK drivers’ license
  • Able to commute and work in Cambridgeshire
