We are currently working with a tier 1 main contractor who have tasked us with recruiting an experienced project manager for their large residential development. The project is just starting and is a mix of private and social housing worth in excess of £45M and is lasting for a number of years.
The site is a large development and will require a strong character with experience of dealing with a large variety of subcontractors and being commercially astute. You should have experience of procurement and dealing with design issues as they arise with engineers and architects.
