A leading, international, civil engineering and building company with a turnover exceeding £250m has an excellent opportunity for a Project Director to take charge of a prestigious, high rise residential scheme in South London that is due to start early in 2017.
The company deals with a wide range of projects, providing a first class service to their clients in both private and public sectors, through a network of strategically placed and locally staffed offices throughout the UK and abroad. Each regional office has an established team with extensive knowledge of their local communities, delivering a complete construction service, utilising their technical expertise, internal labour and plant resources.
They are looking for an experienced Project Director to take charge of a prestigious new build, high rise residential scheme comprising an 18 storey, RC frame, with 200+ units in South London. The project value is circa £55m. The project is due to go live in early 2017 and the company are looking to start interviewing potential candidates now.
This role will suit a Project Director that has a proven track record of delivering similar schemes for a reputable main contractor. Experience of overseeing high rise, RC frame developments is essential.
