A city-based build-out developer is urgently seeking a Senior Development/Planning Manager to join their busy Land & Planning team. The successful candidate can expect to work on high-quality projects, mainly flats in zones 3–6.

The role focuses on planning, where the Development Manager will advise the Land team on feasibility and manage planning applications with local authorities upon successful acquisition. In addition to planning submissions, the candidate will coordinate and lead the Development Management process, guiding schemes through late design stages to completion.

This role is suitable for a qualified Planner with Development Management experience or an experienced Planner with additional Development Management expertise. A fantastic opportunity.
