A city based build out Developer urgently seeks a Senior Development/ Planning Manager. To join their busy Land & Planning team, the successful candidate can expect to be concentrating on a good high quality product which consists mainly of flats in zones 3 – 6.
The role will be for a Planning focused Development Manager who will be able to advise the Land team on feasibility and run planning through the local authorities on successful acquisition. In addition to planning submissions, the successful candidate will be co‑ordinating and leading the Development Management process, taking schemes through to late design stages and completion.
This role will suit either a qualified Planner with Development Management experience or an experienced Planner who has Development Management experience in addition. A fantastic opportunity.
