A leading Regional Main Contractor has an excellent opportunity for an Estimator to join the business on a permanent basis, based out of their Cambridgeshire offices. The company has been established for many years and has achieved continuous growth, combining traditional values with an innovative and forward-thinking approach. They provide design, sustainable, partnered construction and project management services for private and public sector clients on a wide range of projects up to £50m in value.
They carry out new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects across sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, leisure, retail, industrial, defence, heritage and housing. They are looking for an experienced Estimator who is seeking a new challenge to advance their career and contribute to a larger, more expansive team within the business.
The Estimator should have experience working on a range of new build and refurbishment schemes across commercial, education, healthcare, retail, industrial and housing projects.
Responsibilities & Requirements- Prepare and quantify estimates for new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects within sectors such as commercial, healthcare, education, retail, industrial and housing.
- Demonstrate experience delivering estimates for projects up to £50m in value.
- Collaborate with the bid team and project teams as part of a larger, expanding business.
