I have a great opportunity for a Project Surveyor to join an award-winning Main Contractor on a permanent basis, based out of their Oxford region. The company operates throughout central and southern England, delivering quality D&B, new build, refurbishment and restoration projects up to £16m in value. They have been around for many years and have formed successful long-term partnerships with their clients by delivering efficient, high quality projects.
The work is in a number of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Restoration, Commercial, Industrial and Sports and Leisure. Due to an increased workload, they are looking to strengthen their commercial team by bringing in a Project Surveyor that can work on large projects autonomously. Project values are circa £10m, and they are looking for an experienced Project Surveyor that is capable of delivering projects from inception through to completion.
The ideal person will have:
- At least 5 years’ experience
- Familiarity with D&B projects
- Experience on both new build and refurbishment schemes
- Ideally covered projects within the Education, Healthcare and Commercial sectors
- Full UK Drivers’ license
- Able to commute to Oxford on a daily basis
