Project information: Working for one of the UK’s largest highway contractors on multiple projects within the area, including Term maintenance/Smart motorways.
To be suitable for the position it is imperative to be an experienced supervisor with a minimum of 2 years working within Highways.
Key Requirements:
- CSCS (Gold card)
- SSSTS or SMSMTS
- Highways and High speed road network experience
- NRSWA (Street works supervisory accreditation)
- Main contractor experience
- LA experience
- Strong Commercial experience
- Experience of working on large scale projects
Responsibilities:
- Site inductions and staff briefings
- Assisting in maintenance and preparation of CPP
- Monitoring progress within the agreed programme
- Monitoring risk assessments and method statements
- Monitoring resourcing levels and increasing/decreasing where necessary
