A leading Regional Main Contractor that build, refurbish and regenerate homes and communities across the UK have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
The company are an innovative and ambitious business that combine their industry expertise and unrivalled local knowledge to help transform communities and leave a lasting legacy everywhere they work.
The business is thriving and they currently have a large number of projects ongoing and in the pipeline, particularly on the new build side. Projects vary from one bedroom flats and bungalows through to four bedroom family houses. Most of their units are built using traditional construction methods, but experience with RC frame apartments would be beneficial.
They are looking for an Assistant Site Manager that has a track record working on new build residential projects for a reputable house builder; with at least 2 years’ experience on site. This is a great opportunity to join a very successful business and take your career to the next level.
Experience:
- Ideally Degree qualified or other relevant construction qualification
- Track record working on new build residential projects for a reputable main contractor or residential developer
- Experience building homes using traditional construction methods
- Career focused and driven to succeed
- First Aid, SMSTS, CSCS
- Able to commute to / work in Norwich on a daily basis
