A growing, dynamic Main Contractor based in Birmingham is looking for a No.1 Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis, initially working on a project in Haydock, Merseyside.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + package
Location: Haydock, Merseyside
The business has been operating for a number of years and specialises in Industrial Warehouses, Retail, Commercial and Mixed Use Schemes. They have a £6m new build, steel frame industrial project starting very soon and are looking for a No.1 Site Manager to oversee the project from start to finish.
Experience:
- No.1 Site Manager working for a reputable Main Contractor
- Track record working on new build industrial / warehouse projects
- Steel frame experience
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
- Able to commute to Haydock, Merseyside
